Yes! Our Design & Build

permits, planning approvals, and regulatory compliance as part of our service. This includes

All projects come with a 12-month
Defect Liability Period (DLP). During this time, we'll fix any defects at no additional cost.
Structural warranties may extend up to 10 years depending on the project type.
Yes, within reason. We have a
structured Variation Order (VO) process. Minor changes can usually be accommodated. Major
structural changes may affect cost and timeline, which we'll communicate transparently.
