Construction
Ground breaks. You receive continuous weekly progress reports supplemented with high-resolution site photography. We conduct rigorous multi-stage quality control inspections ensuring absolute structural integrity.
Handover
The pinnacle of the project. We perform a meticulous final walkthrough followed by immediate CPC issuance. You are backed by our industry-leading 18-month defect liability period, complete with an exhaustive structural warranty package.
