Architectural Drafting.
Translating concepts into exact CAD blueprints and 3D renders. This phase dictates the structural engineering requirements and material sourcing lists.

- PERMIT APPROVALS[ 4-8 WEEKS ]
Structural Foundation.
Site clearing, piling, and laying the concrete foundation. The most critical phase dictating the lifespan of the entire physical asset.

Framing & Enveloping.
Erecting the skeleton of the structure. Installation of roofing, fenestration (windows/doors), and establishing the airtight envelope.
Finishing & Commissioning.
M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) fit-outs, interior finishes, and rigorous defect checking before final handover to the client.
